Hey all.

We want to finalise the comps for the All Night LAN.

Have a look at the suggested comps below are leave your comments.

XBOX:

• COD MW2
• Halo 3

PC:

• Age of Empires II
• a team game (Unreal tournament?)

Other:

• We’ve hired the Daytona again – so probably a fastest lap comp.
• I’m bringing my PS3 – so anyone keen for a 2 on 2 FIF08 comp?
• Guitar Hero comp.  About time we had a Guitar Hero comp.  Is using the Wii ok? Or can anyone bring guitars for an XBOX?

The first all nighter for 2010 is only two weeks away! Start spreading the word and practising for those comps.

The key details are:

When: Saturday 3rd July
Time: 10am Saturday – 9am Sunday
Cost: $15 includes lunch, tea and breakfast
Place: Golden Grove Salvation Army
Who: All youth 10 and older

As you’ve come to expect we’ll be hiring some extra equipment for the All Nighter, our canteen will be stocked silly with snacks, drinks and food, we’ll be having competitions with gift vouchers and other prizes, and there is always more than enough food for lunch, tea and breakfast.

Feel free to bring some blankets and a pillow or 2 as well if you are planning on snoozing at some stage during the night and remember we lock the doors from 10pm till 7am.

Zeal Connect is back on this Saturday 5th June from 10am to 5pm.

All the normal details below.  It’s been a while since we’ve had a comp – so we’ll be having an air hockey comp with some gift vouchers as prizes.

Zeal Pulse is back for 2010!

Pulse is the Youth Meeting at the Golden Grove Salvation Army. A time of friendship, worship, discussion and lunch.

Now on a Sunday morning from 11:30am to 12:30pm with a delicious and cheap lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

The band is back and raring to go along with games and discussion.

Though focused on youth, everyone is welcome. See you there.

The next Zeal Connect will be our first Parents Night for 2010.

Drag a parent or neighbour or friend along for a great day and evening.  We’ll have the Arcade Machine and Air Hockey Table and Table Tennis Table – in addition to all the normal XBOX and PC gaming.

Plus COMPS! We’ll be having comps everyone can take part in with all the normal prizes.

When: Saturday 3rd April

Time: 10am to 5pm for Connect – 5pm to 10pm for Parents Night

Cost: $6 for Connect includes lunch - Parents Night is free (including tea)

Who: All youth 10 and older
